How to Share
It’s easy—just tell someone you care about why you love coming to Five Seasons Healing and encourage them to book their first appointment and mention your name. You can also forward them one of our blog posts that you think they might like to get the conversation started.
Program Terms & Details
- Valid only for first-time patients paying out of pocket (no insurance).
- New patient must mention the referrer’s name at their first appointment.
- Both credits applied after the new patient’s first appointment is completed.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Referral credit expires 6 months from issue date.
