It’s crucial that the fermented foods are raw and unpasteurized, since cooking these foods will destroy the healthy-promoting bacteria.Include the following probiotic-rich foods in your daily diet: Sauerkraut, fermented vegetables, kim chi, yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, miso, kombucha, beet kvass, rejuvelac, and naturally fermented sodas (such as kefir soda and whey soda).
